At HolidaySpecialZ LLC, all products sold are digital trading software and downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods being immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered electronically, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of trading experience

  • Incorrect platform selection (MT4 vs MT5)

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Inability to use the software

  • Market performance or trading losses

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Product Responsibility Disclaimer

Trading financial markets involves significant risk. HolidaySpecialZ LLC does not guarantee profits or trading success, and we are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using our software.

All products are intended for educational and automation purposes only.

Exceptions 

Refunds may only be considered in the rare event that:

✅ The product was never delivered, and
✅ Our support team cannot resolve the issue.

We reserve the sole right to determine refund eligibility.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered fraudulent activity.

We actively dispute illegitimate chargebacks and provide purchase records, IP downloads, and proof of delivery to payment processors.

Customers who file wrongful chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
